Handmade 'macra-weave' tapestry crafted using a combination of macrame and weaving. The wall hanging is made with wool yarns and natural cotton cord. The piece is hung from a wooden dowel and measures 61x93cm or 24x37in (length x width). The wooden dowel is 100cm (39in) which therefore makes the total width of the piece a bit wider.
The wall hanging was inspired by my love for nature and mountains, and out of my fascination with Japan. This piece will be the perfect addition to any room in your home that needs a special touch. It is especially for those who enjoy nature, hiking or mountainscapes. The blue hues used in addition to the warm cotton will add a pop of color to your space while still maintaining a calm atmosphere.
