This piece was inspired by the beautiful blue shades of the Dolomite mountains in northern Italy. The Dolomites made a big impression on me after visiting them on vacation in September 2022 and I made this piece as soon as I arrived back home as a way to remember my amazing trip there.
It is made with 100% recycled cotton cord and is hung from a finished, wooden oak dowel.
The piece measures 61x100cm /24x39 inches.
